The museum is open all year round, except 24th / 25th Dec and
1st / 2nd Jan. As individuals it is not normally necessary to
book in advance, but we do accept and advise party bookings.
We also provide guides if required, however this is a voluntary
service and notice is required if a guide is needed. If you
require a guide there is a fee of £10.00 per guide for
the tour.
There should be at least 12 persons in the party and payment
for all should be made on arrival. Parties who find that their
journeys are delayed by more than 20 minutes are requested to
notify us as soon as possible.
Tearoom - available throughout Museum opening times but shuts one hour before closing time (good value soup, rolls, quiche, snacks, homemade cakes etc)
