Join Kipper the Cat’s Summer Club at the Museum!

This summer we are launching ‘Kipper’s Summer Club’. Come to our summer activities and help support the Museum by joining the club for only £5 per child. You’ll receive your own Club Member Card to collect stamps for each activity you participate in. Collect enough stamps and get a special prize and a badge!

Benefits include:

• Attend as many of our summer events as you like without paying Museum Admission
• Discount on our ticketed summer workshops
• ‘At Home’ activity packs to take away at some events

This is optional. Families can still attend our events and activities without joining the club for a small charge per event but by joining you will be helping us cover the cost of materials and develop new activities.

Summer Activities and Events

Have some fun at the Museum this summer at our weekly activities and events. Events vary from crafts, storytelling to a little bit of science. Our Art Cart will be in the Zulu Gallery all summer with crafts and games to enhance your visit.

Free Storytelling Session

Join our friendly cat Kipper for some stories and songs with a salty twist fortnightly on Monday afternoons every fortnight. Enjoy a story or two and sing some songs for all ages.

2.00pm - 2.30pm Monday 8th July, 22nd July, 5th August and 12th August

A powerful photo-led exhibition featuring 12 individuals from across Scotland, “Pride in the Seas” depicts the challenges, pride and responsibility felt by those working in Scotland’s fishing industry.
