The Life of a Shipshape Trainee 5
The Life of a Shipshape Trainee 5

As the year draws to a close and we prepare to say goodbye to 2020, we also bid farewell to our Trainee, Hannah Fraser. Despite all the challenges of this year, Hannah has been determined to make the most of her placement with us.

In her final blog, she details her contributions to various projects, her invaluable help with collections work needed for our re-opening, and her unfailing appetite for learning. We wish Hannah all the best for her future and the next stage in her career journey in 2021.

Hannah is one of seven trainees working in maritime museums and aboard historic vessels around the UK in a partnership project co-ordinated by National Historic Ships UK and funded by the National Lottery Skills for the Future Fund.
