Volunteers make a massive contribution to the life and work of the museum - we simply could not operate without them.
Volunteers work in all areas of the museum, from welcoming visitors at the front desk and giving guided tours to researching and caring for collections, serving as trustees, maintaining and crewing our sea-going boats and much, much more.
Find out more in our Volunteer Newsletter - Summer 2016 .
